And I Accidently formatted it and now my 360 read's it as a Usb Storage Device with only 16GB of space And when I plug it in on top of my xbox it doesn't recognize it at all? Try hot swapping it onto the console.

1. Power off console.

2. Power on console without HDD attached.

3. Once the system is powered on snap the HDD onto the system.

If the console still does not recognize the HDD, you may need to go into the system settings menu under memory.  Check to see if you get a prompt in the list that states "Format Hard Drive"

If this does not work, then you have a 16 GB HDD.

It sounds like you were using a third party transfer cable. This is a known issue with those. Sorry, but there's no way to reverse it.

There's no sanctioned fix for a drive that's been formatted via an unofficial USB transfer cable.

Don't use unofficial transfer cables. Don't use unofficial HDDs.

a real transfer cable will not do that only the 3rd party bootleg cables will do that.  if you got a cable that did that, it was not a MS brand cable.
