The answer i found is this "I found that it was a simple human error by myself. The WPA Key that Geek Squad had given me after setting up my router had a lower case "L" and I thought it was a "1".

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck with your problem."

Try the below steps:

1. Try turning off the Xbox 360 and unplugging the power cord from the router for 30 seconds to a minute to send it through a power cycle.

2. Then plug in all connections to the router and plug it back in. Allow the router to fully “startup” so that the lights that are displayed remain constant and Internet access has returned.

3. Turn the Xbox on and try to access the wireless network.

Hi,

Please read:- forums.xbox.com/.../811997.aspx

And post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold on that post) so that people may help

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Thanks

Unfortunately opening ports will not help if it is failing to connect to the network
