xbox 3 month card Doesnt work

in my last post i tried getting help but didnt work. My profile isnt corrupted , can someone please help me i want my money back or my three months

how long have you had you card?? they tend to expire after a certain amout of time of not being used. if you have just bought it then I would take it back to the store where I bought the card with the receipt and let them know it wasn't activated right.

I would need more information as well, for a proper answer. We advise against opening a new thread, it makes it difficult to keep track sometimes.

How long ago you purchased the item, where you bought it, what error do you receive, and anything else you may think will help.

Small tip: If you entered the code on the site, always turn off your console. If you have not done that, wait for max 30 minutes and re-download your profile. After that, you have gold on your xbox for sure! support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

If the code was not activated by your retailer, then take it back and ask them to activate it for you.
