I have contacted both my internet provider and xbox customer support.
My problem is that all the other devices in the house are connected to the internet. However, my xbox is connected to the router but is not receiving internet. The NAT Type is restricted and service info is unavailable. I am using a Comtrend NexusLink_5631 and all the ports need for xbox live are open. Ive hard reset both xbox and router. Someone please help me.
