XBL Tenure Issue

I am currently having the same issue w/ my xbox one. I have tried tweeting xbox support, major nelson, I have tried chatting w/ your support who after having me in the chat for over a hour abruptly ended the chat without notice. I called in to voice support and he just told me that it was not a big deal, It did not effect my live access, and was generally dismissive. I have invested almost 8 years of my life into XBL @ $60/year and no one as of yet has been able to provide me a viable or even plausible solution. I have posted in multiple forums still w/ no responsive. No tech support ticket number w/ an ETA for resolution or anything. Just really frustrated w/ his whole experience. And while it does not keep me from Gaming it is a source of contention for me and I wish it would be acknowledged, and addressed as Such... FRUSTRATED
