XBL Connection

Alert claims the xbox live server is back up and I can sign in again, yet when I go to do that it still comes up with an error. My brother and friends are all having the same issue also, so it's not on my end.

I'm also having the same problem and no one seems to be updating xbox live users when xbox live might be back up or even if they are trying to fix this issue at all. They claim to not be having any problems but they definitely are if so many people cannot connect to the service I cannot understand why they are not informing xbox live users of any progress made towards solving the issue.

 Between a few forum posts and the community chat, it definitely appears that there are still some Live connections issues going on with the UK region. Unfortunately, all I can recommend is keeping an eye on the UK Xbox Live Status page to see if another issue crops up.

Its also here in netherlands Down

why have xbox live so many downtime

extend or xbox live gold for a week or so to compensate.

Same here in Germany. It was up for about 5 mins now down again. The first time this happend was for 8 1/2 hour, the twitter support didn't really help

Does anyone know if MS are even looking into this?  I can see a whole bunch of users flagging the issue, but nothing about what (if anything is being done)?  

Went down for me last night about 10.30pm, kept checking over the course of about 2 hours.  Gave up, went to bed, but it's still down this morning.

Well the supp. at Twitter wrote me they are looking at it. That was for 2 hours

The worst thing is that they don't give us any Info what's going on.

Looks like it's been an intermittent problem but at least they have thrown in back on the en-GB Live status page:

Just keep an eye on this page for any updates. I know it's been a long window of intermittent or complete down time, but the status page is your best source for information on the problem and when it will be fixed. Hang in their folks!
