`xbl account problem

have a few questions. First my xbl name is R lE lL A P S E , i was able to log into my account fine before and when the new xbl update came out to where you had to set up (2) security proofs. I forgot to because i wasnt on live as much and working. Well I know MY password and the email address to it because i never changed it and it allllll worked fine before. So basically I cant sign into my account, i've bought stuff off of xbox that i cant use which is REALLY annoying. The error code is 8015D02E. and i tried recovery code thing and its locked me out of my account. so if one of the admins or employee that works for xbl i can prove i know my email and password. And if i cannot get this fixed because you guys decided on this proof stuff...
