X1 wifi stopped working and xbox has done little to nothing to resolve the issue

 I have been battling with xbox support for two weeks and still have got no issues resolved . I was told it takes four business days to get back on my problem and here we are two weeks later . Someone else registered my serial number and ordered a advanced exchange . But seeing as I got my console at launch and can prove it , xbox just dosnt show any need to help .

Here I am on the phone again let's see if it takes another week to get bs
