X1 not turning my sound bar on or off since new update!!!

before the update I had no issues. Since the update it seems it does not send a signal to my samsung sound bar anymore. I was able to get it to send a signal when turning the x1 on by disabling the "instant on" option and restarting but when turning the x1 off it doesn't send a signal. I have a samsung hwf450 and have had no issues until receiving the new update.  I tried calling support and after re running all the trouble shooting I had already done they still could not help me. What's going on here!

I had just bought a Vizio 2.1 sound bar and it works fine as intended. The only problem I am having is using the Xbox for volume controls like I can on my tv. I have the sound bar connected directly to the Xbox because to the tv I wasn't getting any output.

I find it weird that the Xbox can send the mute command and say it found the codes, but that's as far as it goes.

Hello everybody

Have you checked the device-power Management? may it has setted back to Default after update..?

may you Need to set the commands new.. if that not help try a full "re-Setup" of your TV, TV-Box and Speakers..

And also to a Hard Reboot (Full Power Cycle) (Holding PowerButton on xbox at least 15 seconds, wait until powersupply turn orange, unplug from electricity wait 60 seconds, try again)
