I called yesterday to support and they are supposed to be escalating the ticket to a tier 3. My account appears to be a childs account and the parent account is not associated with it so I can't log him in to play. We had to create a new log so he could
play using a 14 day pass. I already paid for the Gold pass of course on his other account. I was getting an error everytime we tried to update the security settings only because he is not an adult and it would allow him to change.
