x-box live

hi i have tried to upgrade my x-box live account to gold for the last month.... however it wont let me it keeps coming up with status code 80190864, and i don't know why or what this code means would be greatful for any assistance in this matter thank you.

that code means you have some sort of billing violation on your account. go to https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, call support and talk to billing.
