x box live membership 12month payment

My dad payed  for the 12 moth gold membership for under this account.

and well i try palying today but it dint let me.

it says i have xboxlive free. 

so i was wondering why i don't have 12 month gold membership. 

please check the last time i payed for gold membership . cause im sure my dad payed it. i even ask him he said he payed. so please fix this problem.

You would have to add a 12 month membership to your account as well in order to play. Gold membership is only good for 1 account unless you purchase the family plan.

yes i added the 12 month gold member ship to this account. i added it like 3 days ago i dont know exactly .

but i still havent got it.

Sorry, i read that wrong. I thought you said he added it to his account. Try checking billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows the membership going through. If it shows up you'll need to call support and have them help you. If it doesn't show up, then it may not have gone through for some reason.
