X box customer support pls give a little help to proceed from here to resolve the x box live party and co op playing problem

HI 

im having a problem with my friend we couldnt each other live party or play co op mission in battle field 3..

and after i viewing some forum of x box i find out this should be a problem of NAT..

so i followed the steps on this forum http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/9/t/7448.aspx  but im not sure how to do it pls help me 

my router model is Prolink H5204

and my console ip address is 192.168.1.2

and gateway is  192.168.1.1

and i found in the modem setting there is a option called NAT forwarding also there is a another option PORT forwarding 

when i get in to the NAT forwarding they asking following these 

local IP address 

remote ip address 

and below there is a button apply change 

so what should gibe to that table ?

and in the port forwarding option there are like this 

Protocol:   Both  TCP  UDP    Comment:  Enable      
Local IP Address:        Local Port:  -      
Setting:    Interface  IP Address       
Interface:       pppoe1  pppoe2  pppoe3  pppoe4  pppoe5  pppoe6  pppoe7  pppoe8                 any Public Port:  -      

pls help me to proceed from here then i think problem will solve pls help asap

Hello Treone! Does you router have the option to enable UPnP? This would be the preferred method for enabling better communication between your console and your router, and should help alleviate any NAT issues as well. Let us know if this is something you can enable! :)

yes it is support UPNP when i get to that option its show as Enable and there are some list to choose but at the moment its enable but nothing choose from the list so this is the list under that option pppoe1,pppoe2....pppoe8..like that..which should i choose ?

also a modem has a NAT FORWARDING OPTION when i get to there if i enable it it ask like this

LOCAL IP ADDRESS

REMOTE IP ADDRESS

is that option any help to resolve if yes what should i put there ?
