Wrong account.

It looks like I bought Xbox Live to the wrong account and filled in a month there. What should I do to get that month back?
Can I get it back once I used it?

If you had just purchased the month, contact support and tell them about the mistake.  They should be able to reverse the purchase and then send you a code to your registered email address for the month to apply to your actual tag.
