Wrong account name

Hey

I have a problem with my account here on the website.

I have to account names, but I just want to use one of them, but when Im logging in here on the website is it the wrong account name.

example:

account 1 (the wrong one) <-------That one is used when Im logging into here

account 2 (the right one) <------ I want to use that instead

How can I change it to the right avartar and account.

OK, if the account that's supposed to be on this email is already connected to live, then there was an error in the system somewhere.

It's not supposed to be able to have two profiles attached to one microsoft account.

I highly recommend calling the support number and letting them know that your account somehow erred and now you have a randomly generated gamertag attached to it, and see if they can track down the correct one and see if it got lost in the system or if it ended up with some other email attached to it.

Be prepared though, as this process will probably involve lots of little questions to verify details.

It's an email issue.

The email you are trying to use has this profile randomly generated and attached to it.

Before we can continue, I need to ask... Is the correct account joined to xbox live, or is it an offline account you are trying to join?

When you try to change accounts, do you get an error message or does the 1st account stay logged in after you press the "sign out" button?

you can't you would probley have to call xbox phone support and they should help
