wont let me cancel

im trying to cancel my subscription to live, because i havent used it in like 6 months, but still get charged $10 each month. so im trying to cancel it, but when i do, it sends me to a "this information is senstive, blah blah blah, please enter the code weve sent to your mobile to make sure its you. but they dont send me a code at all. if theres anyone that can cancel it it would be appreciated

Just to add, to contact the Billing department. You choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

You can get them to call you by going to  http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

Check to make sure you have the correct mobile number listed as your security proof, you can do that from the following link.

account.live.com/.../manage

Security info should have your proofs listed. If it is wrong change it so you can get the security number
