Won't upgrade to Gold Family Pack

I have a Gold monthly that's working (can buy microsoft points) but when I try to upgrade to Family it say's "cannot perform action right now. Please try again later or trying support or account. Well my account all works & support has nothing, please Help.

If upgrading on your console doesn't work, try your computer.  Visit www.Xbox.com and sign into your account (using your Xbox Live user name and password.) Click on "Manage Account" and choose "Modify Membership."

Thanks but I've tried both (mainly computer). I've even gone so far that I'm checking my account at microsofts web site not Xbox & even there it say's my account is good. Just won't let me upgrade. same msg cannot preform action, try again later

Hi there, You could also try some other alternatives such as deleting your account off Xbox and re-downloading it then trying it via console once again. If the problem keep's occuring you will have to phone up customer service and get them to sort your account at there end.

Don't worry customer service isn't as nerve racking as it sound's phoning them up but it will work out in the end :-)
