Won't get redirected to PayPal payment option correctly..... website problem?

So under Payment & Billing > Manage Payment Options I click the Pay with PayPal button. I get redirected to https://buy.live.com/PCS/uihost.cex?....etc...etc - where it says "Microsoft is committed to helping you protect your personal information" and you've got a   Next and a Cancel button, but none of them are working.

Is this a website error? I've tried with three different browsers, with and without any addons.

The website does have very long response times, if you try it again, wait for a minute after clicking on a button.

I would encourage you to try again, and if it still fails, contact microsoft personally at with an e-mail address, or send an e-mail to XBOX support requesting billing assistance.

I'm not sure what your problem could be since it works perfect for me.

Therefore there is no website error.

However it is known that 'xbox.com' does bug out to certain people at some point,

Eventually it will automatically repair itself.

I'm not sure if this helped since the problem does not occur, if it did then be sure to verify it, otherwise leave it so the discussion can carry on as unanswered.

Hey Dadodil. Have you added Paypal to your account previously before using the "Pay with Paypal" button?

No, just regular credit cards, not PayPal. This is the first time.

^ This is what I'm seeing (Swedish):

"Microsoft is committed to helping you protect your personal information. More information can be found in Privacy Policy"  

The Privacy Policy button works and redirects me as it should and so does the Help button. Even the Xbox logo in the top left which takes me to the homepage works, but not the Next or Cancel buttons.

1) I've tried three different browsers, with and without addons.

2) I've waited with the site open for several minutes (5/10/20 min).

3) I've tried using two different XBL accounts (none works)

4) I've never tied a PayPal card to my account before, only regular Visa cards. On my secondary XBL account I've never tied a credit card ever.

OK, so you want to pay with Paypal, correct? Go into your account page and look under Payment Options. Add your Paypal account here, and then it should be an option to use when trying to purchase content, both online or on the console. Let me know if this helps.

I tried again, but on a different computer this time and it worked. So it was my computer all along and not website problems, very strange indeed since I tried different browsers even.

Anyways, thanks for the help everyone!
