WLID Problems - Invalid WLID, Wrong Password, and more!

What are you trying to do?

My free 1-month trial has just recently expired, and I bought a 3 month card at the store to add time to it, but every time I redeem code(or do anything Account Management related), I need to log on to my WLID. However, my WLID is a Yahoo email address(I think that may be the problem), but when I go to change it on my computer, it says that it is an invalid e-mail.
Are you getting an error message or code?

The only error I'm getting(while on the Xbox) is that the password is invalid. When on the computer, it says that my WLID doesn't even exist.
During what step did you receive an error?

Anytime that I try and do anything in Account Management, it says that I must first login to my WLID, but everytime it says I have a wrong password.
