With all due respect Microsoft...

Hurry up and fix your broken network. I don't know what's going on, or why everything from this website to my console is on the fritz, but I don't pay £40 a year for nothing.

I'm sure you've got guys working on it as I type this, but it's been going on for far too long now and it's getting pretty ridiculous. I hope you don't keep your customers waiting for much longer.
