Wireless network Adapter troubleshooting.

I keep getting disconnected from xbox live after a couple of minutes, the light on my wireless network adapter either goes off or goes red.  Sometimes the light stays green but my xbox doesn't recognise that the network adapter is plugged in.  Can anyone give any advice as to what the problem is or how to solve it?  It was all working fine up until last week, when I downloaded an update!

XELLENT, I've replied to you in an older thread. OP, does the issue persist if you try the adapter in a different USB port? If you run a LIVE connection test, what comes up? Please provide everything shown onscreen, including what may be listed under 'more info.'
