Wireless headset with Bluetooth (MW3 version)

Hi I've just purchased the Wireless headset with Bluetooth (MW3 version). When synced to my console it switches itself off after about 10 minutes. It's fully charged and I wasn't chatting at the time, it was just on, as I was waiting for a friend to join my party. Does this headset have a powersave feature or should it not switch off on its own? Thanks..

I believe it does have a power save feature. The regular xbox wireless has one also.

Thanks for the advice but I've read through the instruction pamphlet that came with the headset several times and there's no mention at all of how to stop this from happening and definitely no mention of a powersave function.

Hey there Ben, the device definitely shouldn't be powering off after 10 minutes. I would recommend trying it synced to another controller, and then another console (such as a friend's) to see if it does the same thing--if it does, I highly recommend contacting the retailer about an exchange. :-)
