Wired Connection Problem. Not Connecting

I turned on my xbox and it tries to connect but fails.

i tried everything on the troubleshooter, no luck.

I Reset my router, and still no luck.

It used to work before.

It tries to connect then fails at Network -> Internet on the Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Can anyone please help me with this ive been trying for 5 hours.

Is NAT Type Open? Yes
Any Error Codes you encounter: No
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? : Cable/DSL
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?  ATMC
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen? Reset your router then try again in 30 seconds
