Will not let me into my account!

I receive an error code when I try to log into my account. I used the error code search and it said I needed to change my password. Upon changing my security proofs and my password with help from a technician, I still can not access my account and do not understand why!

Do you mind posting the error code you received? It should start with a 8 and be 8 characters long.
