This will be the second post , lets see if I will get answer . my sons account got hacked and banned till 12/31/9999 . Ive been on the phone 3 times and got different stories each time , One was very understanding of the issue , one didn't have a care in the world and another could know what to say. My sons account(Koltenb9 gamer tag) got booted off , I will not buy another live card for a company that handles business this way , I want his account reinstated , he was paid up till Jan , he diidnt nothing wrong , the one tech even siad it looks like it shouldn't be an issue , the other one said that xbox never gets hacked , we had no email nothing , looking at the fourum it looks like you have big issues do you your customers going somewhere else , please respond as I got nothing from the first post , not even sur where my answer will show up , please send to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** if possible . ..... thanks

When you phoned Xbox Support, did you open an Unauthorised Access Claim?

not sure if this is the number you want , how do I tell if I'm talking to a xbox person or some random person ?

Xbox people have letters next to their level. Random people have numbers.

Either way you should've got an e-mail sent to the e-mail address used for the banned account explaining why the ban was handed out. If you didn't get the e-mail or want more info you need to post here - forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx - Be aware that posts are moderated before they're allowed to go up, if it breaks the rules set out in the "Rules for posting" thread your post won't go up.

[/quote]In the "Level" in our gamercards (on the left).  If it has a number (like mine), that just a regular forum poster.  The Xbox support staff will have an "S" there.  


I have to warn you that even if you are talking to a staff member on the forums, do not reveal any personal info, as everybody can read it.

So , what is the best way to get my sons account back ? Thanks for the other info on telling people apart , so apparently i have noe been contacted by anyone that can help me yet ?

Nice phone person had the right idea but when he said to post here he was referring to the "My xbox account was suspended" part of the forum - forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx - Click that link and it'll take you there. Read the rules first, post a thread and then wait for a response.

This forum is a joke , selling all equipment , says my son was using cheats , it wasn't my son , How can you people keep sending them money , at least I was 3 months away from a new card , then they replied that the suspension will stand and you can't even reply to that . joke . They keep kicking people at the rate they are they wont have anyone, figure out your hackers . I wonder if these are the same people that run Netflix , you would think they would learn .....Sony here we come....
