i posted a few days ago about my problem witm my hijacked live.com account and gamer tag. the Support Team says they're on duty during regular business hours, yet I havenheard a thing one way or the other about my problem. I would think that the ST would at least ACKNOWLEDGE my post, and point me in the right direction! I really don't appreciate having been ignored as Ive been shelling out $180/yr to Microsoft in Zunepass fees for 3 years, as well as LOTS of $ for OS and other MS software over the years. Does the team have any explanation?
