why does Forums Support Team just plain IGNORE some posts -- like my previous one?

i posted a few days ago about my problem witm my hijacked live.com account and gamer tag.  the Support Team says they're on duty during regular business hours, yet I havenheard a thing one way or the other about my problem.  I would think that the ST would at least ACKNOWLEDGE  my post, and point me in the right direction!  I really don't appreciate having been ignored as Ive been shelling out $180/yr to Microsoft in Zunepass fees for 3 years, as well as LOTS of $ for OS and other MS software over the years.  Does the team have any explanation?

I'm not one of the team. I'm just like you but I guess it is a matter of time before you get back your account. I had a past experience and their response was satisfactory. Just be patient and you will get your account back.

I do have to say we apologize for the missed post. However, this forum (Windows Phone 7) is not monitored closely by us. You're best bet is, if you're having an issue with your LIVE account, to post in the Account Management forum, where I'm moving this post to.
