Why do I have to send Faulty items to Czech Republic at my own expense?

Okay , day one pad is knackered, go through process of organising a replacement, only to find out i need to send the thing to Czech Republic at my own cost! even though the thing is still under warranty! after sending it off my headset has died! this is ridiculous it's going to cost £10.25 every-time poor quality Xbox one equipment fails! I'm getting more and more disappointed with this console and the service MS/XBOX is providing! used to be brilliant!

should have just returned the whole package to the retailer and settled for a standard run console and accessories replacement.

from what ive seen from friends and read on here, a day one logo on a controller isnt worth the hassle

Yup, your probably correct, bought the thing online which would have meant just as much dicking about!

Should of done the sensible thing and bought a Launch PS4 instead!!!
