As it stands, I'm not super-active on Xbox Live - I hardly play in the week at all.
I went into my account settings to turn auto-renewal off, and the only option is to call. Is this so that I will call and be aggressively persuaded to keep it? It's 2011, I see no reason why I can't manage absolutely any element of my account via xbox.com. As a result, it sounds deliberate that this option isn't available to me without calling, probably so I'll either be upsold something else, or get too lazy to call.
Why is this? Should I be surprised? :)
