Until a couple of weeks ago i hadn't used my xbox for a few months. I had e-mails saying i need to edit my payment options as it was expiring but i left it because I wasn't actually using Xbox Live at all.
Now i go back on and i have a free (silver) membership.
When i go to upgrade my account to a Gold one again it always says "Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later. status code: 80190864"
And when i try and do it on my computer it always comes up with a page saying: "Uh oh...that shouldn't have happened. It appears you have found a glitch in the system"
What's going on? it's been the same for a couple of weeks!
