WHY CAN'T I SIGN IN?

I have done EVERYTHING and yet I still can't get into Xbox Live and I'm starting to get really ****ing annoyed.

The site says Live is up and running, so why is it that my Xbox, which is literally sitting right next to my wireless, can't connect to LIVE?

I've tried, nothing.

Hell after spending half an hour on the phone with support it works, but then logged me out of Live when I tried playing a game. Now we're back where we started.

Freelancer HI, You and I seem to share a similar Issue, I too have gone through all the support options and have yet to get my problem fixed. After everything I am left thinking that there is a huge problem in the design of the Xbox that Microsoft is unwilling to admit. I have 2 PS3s that never have any issues EVER! Then this Xbox that can't even stay connected through one online game. Save yourself a headache and game on PC or PS3.

What is the failure when you do Settings | System Settings | Network Settings | name of your wireless network | Test Xbox LIVE Connection?

Since they're right next to each other, and intermediate frequencies can cause interference when wireless devices are too close (been doing radio for 20 years before I started doing computers in the '80s), what happens when you plug an Ethernet computer cable into the Xbox and the router and do Settings | System Settings | Network Settings | Wired | Test Xbox LIVE Connection?

And, if that doesn't work, please provide this info so we can look into this some more:

What Country/State/Province do you live in?

Modem brand & model number:

Router brand & model number:

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

If you have TWC on the east coast, they are having internal server issues causing XBL connectivity issues.. I just ogt off the phone with MS, and they are hopeful to have it resolved by tomorrow
