Why can't I sign in? I have to credit cards on my account!

"Your account has been suspended due to a problem with your payment option. Please use a different payment option or update your current information in Account Management."

That is the message I get when I try to sign in.

I called 18004MYXBOX and added a new credit card.

Why am I not unsuspended???

If you are getting that message, you would need to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) and pay off any outstanding balance on your account before you can reactivate it on the console.

Like Mister Gwyther said If you are getting that message, you would need to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) and pay off any outstanding balance on your account before you can reactivate it on the console, also try deleting and recovering it after you do every thing and it still won't unsuspend you. Note: MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION BEFORE DELETING
