why add even more "add security"

When I log in to my account I am offline, when connecting to live a window pops up that says "add security" and asks if I can recive messages on my phonenumber. When I click, yes this works, it says that the number is already on my account and tells me to add a new number, email or go through a phonecall. This is where the problem starts... after registrating 3 different emailadresses and 3 different phonenumbers it still continues. What is going on? How much security do I have to go through to get normal access to my own account?

Sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your account security. You definitely should only need 2 contact points total.

It sounds like there may be an issue where your account is not recognizing that it already has security proofs. I would contact Phone Support and work with them to look into your account to try and get things sorted out.
