Who do we direct complaints to about faulty hardware?

Just finished up a mega chat with customer service about my second faulty headset and a problem with the day one controller. They wanted me to pay for the faulty hardware to be returned to them before i can get a replacement. When i asked who i can send a complaint to about this they advised the legal department which i just couldnt believe was true. I pressed them further and they gave me a link to a feedback survey.

I want to send a complaint about this to someone who will read it and reply back. Does anyone know who I can contact?

Have you tried the Feedback forums? Also, is the complaint for the malfunctioning accessories or for the poor service?

I've never had to pay them to send something in, provided it was still under warranty. I find it odd that you would have to.

Oh don't get me started on MS and their support. They've had my Xbox One console for OVER A MONTH!!! It failed on the first major console update and wouldn't boot past the splash screen. I have called about 8 times their support line, whined on their Twitter and FB account and all I get is system generated responses.

If anyone knows who to really complain to, let me know!

If you have a problem with Microsoft, file a Better Business Bureau complaint.
