which hdmi setting should i use on my xbox?

I just bought a LG 32" LCD tv that displays 720p. When I hooked my hdmi cable up to it from my xbox and turned it on, it automatically chose 1360 x 768 as the "optimal" hd resolution for my tv. The tv's resolution is 1366 x 768. I changed it to 720p, and the difference is pretty noticeable. 768 is wider, and more "proportionate", but 720 looks more natural, and everythings bigger. If any of you have ever used the 1360 x 768 setting and the 720p one, which one is better? Which setting should I use out of the two? Is one worse than the other (upscaled/downscaled)? Please give helpful answers, I don't know much about this kind of stuff.

You should always output at your display's native resolution. 1366x768 is a very common resolution for entry-level displays which claim "720p" resolution. Go with the 1366x768 option.
