Where should I go to report someone for cheating/hacking when I have video evidence?

I reported him on the console of course, but basically this guy was playing BF1943 and was spawning invisible vehicles for himself, goign under the map, and shooting form a place where no one could kill him. Here is the link to the video. [Removed]   His gamertag is [Removed] and he as 60k gamerscore which I wouldn't be surprised is modded.

Last I checked gamertags were public, but ok.

Can't edit it now anyway. I don't see how I shamed him.

Gamertags are public however note that it's against the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use for the forums to call out a gamer as a cheater or what not.

If you reported him online than you've reported him correctly.  Also note that you are not permitted to name and shame on the forums themselves.
