Where is my account dob held?

My gamertage was recovered from an account I first set up on the original xbox. It was a long time ago now but I'm pretty sure I entered my date of birth (in 1981) but EA think I'm not old enough to play their games online. After quite a lot of googling I've discovered it can't be changed but I'm curious as to what date of birth is stored under my gamertag. Does anyone know where I can find this information as my Windows Live ID has got my actual date of birth.

when you actually create the account you set the dob

and no changing the email nor the age of the windows live id will not change the age of the gamertag

I understand I can't change it, I just want to find out what date of birth it has - the thing is, if I only need to wait a short while for the account to be considered old enough to play I'll wait it out, if not I'll create a new one.

You can check the DOB on the WLID you used to set up the GT, but there is no way to specifically see the DOB on the Xbox LIVE account.
