I called in this account because i have a 12 month on it and im going away to college. I called XBL support and they said they would send a token but I haven't go any for 6 days, what is going on ??????????

Hey mate, did phone support give you an estimate on when they would send the token? Also, are you checking the spam folder of your email as well?
