Whenever I try to manage payment options:

I get this message:

My credit card was recently cancelled and replaced with a new one, so that might be the cause. I already added the new one but can't remove the old one and xbox live won't let me connect, telling me to update payment options every time I log on, and giving me that message when I try to update the payment option.

If you still  receive an error, either use the contact us link at the bottom of that same page, or call 1-800-4MYXBOX for support on the issue

Hey there iPud! Have you tried logging into account.microsoft.com ? Will it let you log in there? If so, you can click on the "Payment Options" Tab and then select the payment you wish to remove, and there will be an option to remove. Let us know if you are able to log in there!

Hey iPudpop! Have you tried accessing your payment options in multiple browsers? IE, Chrome, Firefox? Have you cleared your browser cache? If you have and are still receiving this error, you'll  need to reach out to phone support to change that billing information. You can schedule a call online: support.xbox.com/contact-us :) Let us know how it goes!

Are you using Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10? If using another browser or an old version of IE, this happens a lot.
