When will I get my Xbox One back?

I sent my xbox one to microsoft a couple weeks ago so they could repair it and last wednesday (July 1) the service center website said "product shipped to customer" but Fedex didn't have any tracking information. Now it is a week later (July 8) and they still dont have the tracking info. What's going on?
