when i sign into Microsoft account, it says "this Microsoft account is associated with a different Xbox live profile. Try a different account." i deleted my profile, rebuilt the profile, and it didn't help. got the same message.

im pulling my hair out pls help.

Hey mate, I have a feeling that you are not selecting the option the 'Download Profile' option and instead you're going back through the profile creation. While on the dashboard, press the Xbox guide button (big one in the middle) and select 'Download Profile' and input your email address and password for the account. This should then begin the download process.
