What's happening with my account ????!!

I've purchased the live gold for 1 month today, at 8:00 pm, then I started to play online, but a few hours later my live gold was cancelled automatically at the middle of the match!!!! WHY?? Know IDK what to do, will I Be charged for 1 hour of playing online?!!!!
