WHAT!

Ok so let me get this straight I was a v1 user till support was cut just got my 360 which in it's GAMERTAG RECOVERY says and I quote "WANT TO MIGRATE YOUR ORIGINAL XBOX OR ZUNE ACCOUNT" . So I follow your faq etc and what happens it screws me gives me different tag lost friend list lost year rating EVERYTHING!! So I call your support number and now am told " You can not recover them as of spring" ARE YOU KIDDING ME you falsely state migration IN YOUR RECOVERY and now you make me lose EVERYTHING attached! I am so tired of hearing "We can't change the tag info..." yes you can you own the stuff I pay you for a service there for I expect you to provide not for this to happen! My original tag Skelax is still showing as active so why can't it be recovered?! I paid for it and your services give me my account!

Did you try this? support.xbox.com/.../gamer-profile.aspx? I know you have done something but figure I would let you know about this to.

Thats basic rovery and I used the same id i signed with in 06 so...

Ok it's simple I just called your support techs again they even show this accounts id connected to Skelax so why?
