What wireless N Router to get?

So, I know a bit about wireless routers in general but I was wondering, what ones work really well for Xbox, particularly with games such as Halo 4/Battlefield 3.

I am looking at getting a Wireless N router, the Xbox is right across from my desk so  was thinking about setting it up to use 5GHz during my online play and then switching it to 2.4GHz when I'm watching movies and such. I also need QoS settings to ensure that my gaming data is first in line. For example, I also need some voice for work and I watch Netflix but I don't use voice when I'm gaming. So, probably Voice data first, gaming data second, video 3rd in line, then everything else behind that.

I was also wondering if any routers have the ports required for live play, forwarding by default? I have a lot of other ports to forward so it would be nice to cut back on this a bit.

Anyway, just looking for some recommendations.

Hey there Mob Messenger!

Just a heads up! If you have the Xbox 360 Slim with built-in wireless N network adapter, then you will not be able to connect using the wireless 5Ghz frequency range since. The Xbox 360 Slim do not support 5 Ghz.

I use the dlink 655-DIR

UPnP is all you need to get your 360 connected. A ton of options if you want them as well. DHCP reservation. MAC filtering, etc.

It has QoS and will even connect 2 360's to the same network both with an Open NAT.

Great Router!

I've personally have had problems with D-Link and a few other routers because they are a bit complicated to work with, but the easiest and one of the most popluar would have to be Netgear.  Its easy to use and connects with many divices other than xbox.  Dont worry about the model number or if you should get an expensive one, they all work the same.

There are significant differences in the ability of differing NETGEAR models when handling multiple Xboxen, as the Connectivity Rangers have reported at http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/networking-hardware/02-routers/netgear/default.aspx
