I am a gold member, and primary holder of a family account, I cannot transfer any points to my family members. I have more then enough points, And when I go through the motions, it's says, points transfer successful. But when I check my families members accounts, they remain at their original points level. So basically I get no error codes, but the transfer just does not happen. I saw others with the same problem what is going on and how do we fix it?
