what do you mean by commercialing?

hi i am just wondering if i was to use a dazzle to put like videos on youtube of like call of duty and other types of games would i be banned for doing that or what would happend?

You wouldn't be banned from Xbox Live or from YouTube if you upload gameplay videos as far as I know.

You would not be breaking the Terms of Use if your recording device DOES NOT alter the Xbox 360 console in any way, such as requiring disassembly or modification. As long as the recording device is in between the Xbox video output and your TV's input, you should be fine. If, however, you modify your console to record videos, it would violate the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and become a reason for account suspension.

You don't have to worry about anything as long as you don't modify your console.

Here's the appropriate excerpt from the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use:

"You must not attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, modify, further sublicense, distribute, or use for other purposes the Services, any game, application, or other content available or accessible through the Services, or any hardware associated with the Services or with an Authorized Device. If you do, we [Microsoft] may cancel your account and your ability to access the Services, and pursue other legal remedies.
