Hey there portertubby!

Please unplug and plug the kinect back in, if you have one, turn it to power save (as DURPZabulon said) and see if that fixes it?

Do you have a kinect? The xbox might be picking up someone saying ''Xbox, On'' in the background

Is anything touching or near the sensor that turns the console on? It could also pick that up,

It could also be something in your settings, be sure to look around there,

But if you can`t seem to find the problem and if this is really bothering you, Try hard off everytime you turn off your console,  Do this by holding the xbox one`s power button down for 10 seconds when you go to turn the console off. It should then stay off,

If that does`nt work, do the step above then unplug the console from the power supply, making it have no power to turn back on.
