If you have a wireless laptop, compare to see if your having the same issues with signal. Unplug your router/modem and console for about 15 min and reboot your system to see if it resolves your issue. Sometimes the modem or router needs to be reset to optimize
its full potential. If you still have the same issues contact your internet provider and log onto xbox.com support and chat with an ambassador.
