We don't recognize the PC you're using

I've just tied to add points to my account with my PC and I find that I'm not allowed to do that or even access my account it seems...

I'm pretty sure that the PC it shows me is my WORK computer, not my home computer. I don't think I've tried to buy anything for XBox Live on my work computer before, although I do check my hotmail from that computer.

How can I fix this and get back to using my account from home again?
