We couldn't sync your data with the cloud just now

Every time i try to play a game like Advanced Warfare or Grand Theft Auto 5 , it would say syncing. It would usually go up to 68% and then a error message would pop up saying "We couldn't sync your data with the cloud just now."  I have tried every possible thing to fix this problem like calling Xbox support, clearing local game saves, factory resetting both my Xbox one and modem, getting a new Ethernet cable, calling my internet provider, and I even got a new Xbox one! But still, the error would still pop up. This problem has been happening for more than a month now. Please help me ASAP :)

Download Speed: 25 Mbps

Upload Speed: 11 Mbps

Internet Provider: Bell Canada

It's seem You got same issue as small group of users in this forum, please check this thread about this issue, with possible workaround at least for now, as this issues at investigating stage by Xbox Team: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4267/t/2010010.aspx

ListerineBreath, yeah I see, it seems stuff do some work at forum, but I'll guide You how to open it in other way:

1. Open forums.xbox.com

2. Select Support

3. Select Xbox One Support

4. Select Connecting to Xbox Live on Xbox One

5. Open page 2

6. Select Sync cloud data not working again and again... thread

Guys i have a syncing issue with Fallout4 game, does anyone solved this? It seems that the thread still opened and some of the folks here had same issue as me. As for now, Microsoft is not helping costumers and neither supoorting them
