Want To Cancel, Tired of the Fake "error" Messages When I Try

It's not like you don't make it hard enough already, Microbox, but enough trying to deny my cancellation by constantly telling me there's an error and I have to try again later.  You TEXTED ME the security code just FINE, I've signed in MORE THAN ENOUGH TIMES SUCCESSFULLY, so NOW CANCEL THE DAMNED ACCOUNT.  JEEBUS, this is EXACTLY WHY I don't want your lousy service!!!  The same as all other companies!!  Junk, BS and tricks, with MP games NO ONE PLAYS.  Or if they do, like Monopoly, they turn off if losing, so no one ever wins.  And there's no punishment, but who cares?  It all sucks so stop *** with me and cancel the damned thing!  You sure TOOK MY MONEY fast enough!!

If cannot cancel through the website, you can call or chat with them. The number (US and Canada) 1-800-469-9269 or reach them here support.xbox.com/.../contact-us. Since this is a billing issue support will need to handle it. The support on these forums cannot.
